The SPA philosophy implies a holistic approach in treating and caring for the body and person’s health in general. An organism is an organic whole, not the set of separate organs. Therefore, when healing our body it is important to infuse both: useful elements via cosmetic means and positive impulses using the five senses: sight, ear, smell, taste and touch. Holistic medicine is a unique concept of healthy life. Academy of SPA Esthetics offers the following holistic treatments, which enjoy favourable reputation all over the world and are already developing in Russia.
Chromotherapy (healing with the colour). Different parts of the colour spectrum regulate biochemical, biophysical and intellectual processes in people. Intensification of one of the colours one can heal different diseases.
Affect can be reached, for example, via wearing the cloths of the specified colours, or accompany the treatment with the illumination. The latest research proves that chromotherapy encourages faster healing processes after the surgery.

Reflexology is the traditional Chinese massage of the active points of the feet.
Stimulation of these points strengthens the whole organism, revitalizes and eases the muscles’ tension.
