In our educational courses we focus on two issues: Obesity and its prevention, and SPA-Cuisine. Education devoted to “Obesity” gives knowledge in psychology and psychotherapy of people with the disturbed nutrition. This program educates you how to combine properly dietology and treatments (aromatherapy, massages, thalassotherapy, mesotherapy, etc) You will deepen loyalty of your clients, as you are going to support them in their diet and adaptation to the new nutrition (recommended by you) and arrange the slimming process in the most positive way for them. You will win and keep the clients and boost the sales of the treatments. Obesity – disease of 21 century • Modern concept about the reasons of obesity • Physiology of the fat tissue, disturbed metabolism • Critical age 2. Biophysical methods of analysis of the fat tissue • Overview of the modern diagnosis methods • Rules and principles of the evaluations • Overview of the diagnosis equipment 3. Obesity prevention • Diet-therapy • Psychotherapy (method of psycho-correction by G.N.Sitin, other methods of selfcontrol and selfsuggestion) • Physical exercises (fitness, hydrotherapy, reflexology, phytotherapy, special nutrition, etc) Overview and recommendaion Second Day 1. Compellation of the individual treatment programs: - goal definition, - choice of motivation tool, - analysis of the information, - correction of the program in the process of the treatment, - goal achievement and keeping the results. 2. Weight reduction methodology based on somatype (authorized program). Somatic methods: • Height/weight evaluation and Index of Body Weight • Belt-, shoulder-, hip-line evaluation • Evaluation of the skin saddle depth 3. Complex Programs and its compellation • Estimation of the normal weight: - formulars - tables - typical mistakes in body weight estimation • Estimation of the daily calories amount • Rules of testing • Nutrition diary • Interpretation of the results • Choice of the treatment methods taking into consideration the results of the diagnostics. SPA-Cuisine SPA-Cuisine has no nationality: its receipts represent a mixture of the best culinary traditions from all over the world and achievements of dietology. There is no wonder that there are so many coincides with the Eastern and Western cuisine techniques and secrets, which are using the holistic approach to nutrition.
