TurkeyIn the autumn 2006, We have got acquainted at a tourist exhibition with the representative of a network of hotels Richmond (a Turkish chain of hotels - Istanbul, Pamukalle, etc.). We have received the invitation to visit new hotel of given chain Richmond Nua Wellness Spa hotel. It is located in 110 km. from Istanbul. In April we have decided that in the given trip we will invite Liverymen, our offer have accepted – Hotel «Big Salts» (Yaroslavl), Hotel «Swissotel» (Moscow), representatives of salon "Gatineau" (Volgograd). The Turkish side has given possibility to us to look Istanbul, having stopped in their capital hotel, the excursion program, and 2 days off to spend to Spa hotel. «Istanbul – me has not amazed, romanticism of places not for me. One of the most romantic places is called - a plug of Bosporus, on It leading five-stars hotels are located. Very much there was a strange sensation when you see that has been made with orthodox temples, in the past. Yes, at us different belief, but I do not accept any justifications in such acts. For Russian Turkey - the country close and such far, simultaneously, which we never will accept also it will not accept us, do not test illusions. Support of our group - the bad guide, the bad program, it would be possible not to pay attention to it, but we had a presentiment of it, and warned in advance about many things. But there is no, what for, all and so will eat, same Russian. In hotel the through atrium on all floors is made in the centre, on the second floor the open restaurant is located, both all smells and sounds extend on all hotel, in many numbers. The general territory round hotel-500 sq.m. therefore to walk, you can only on quay in the Turkish village which inhabitants, speak only in Turkish language. The design of object and the equipment corresponds to the description of above-stated article, but level of the experts working in Spa, causes many questions. They are young Thais who were trained in tourist college within 1 month, therefore all procedures were identical absolutely how were called in the menu of services. And qualification - low, from first minutes of leaving, experts asked to offer them work variants in Russia. I have bases to believe that managers it knew all. That me shocked, it that all visitors leave hotel in the beginning of day (till 14.00) on Sunday, and we swam in pool till this time. As conditions were created by the personnel that we have left pool. We knew nothing, empty hotel among day of Sunday have left strange sensations. Conclusions: cannot to replace the competent and expensive equipment first class spa service and management. And, do not think that anybody learns nothing. The world – "on one plate". With the developed opinion on the given hotel, I have arrived on Global Spa Summit. It has appeared at supper in hotel Four Seasons with the daughter of owners of the given hotel. You understand that such rich east family. And, even understanding that it not a place, and not time for all details set forth above, my opinion has been presented. Conclusions have followed. And I have received many compliments from the international experts. As so, I again was the first. So always for this reason, I can act on the international conferences and exhibitions. Turkey - the beautiful country, but would be desirable to see the international level of service while I saw it (I was in Turkey in 1996,2000 both 2003 and this last trip) in 1-2 places in it. But the main thing - is our group which perfectly transferred all innovations. Thanks expensive.
